Meet Will Hampson

Coach Will Hampson is the President and CEO of the East Coast Grays, overseeing all business and baseball aspects of the organization.

A former player for the Grays as well as a standout at Victor High School in Rochester, NY, Coach Will played alongside notable talents such as Brent Rooker, Pete Alonso, and Ernie Clement. He continued his playing career at the junior college and Division I levels at Southwest Tennessee and A&M.

In 2016, Coach Will came back to his roots and began coaching national teams with the Grays. He assumed leadership of the organization in 2020.

Under Coach Will’s guidance, the Grays have helped over 100 players earn Division I scholarships, and dozens of former players have been drafted into Major League Baseball, accumulating tens of millions of dollars in signing bonuses. His commitment to developing and placing young talent at the next level has solidified the Grays’ reputation as a premier development organization on the national circuit.
