our history
The East Coast Grays are a Christian organization focused on developing young men as people and athletes. With a high priority on development and exposure, the Grays use former college and professional players as coaches and mentors to our players. Starting in 2007 in Western New York, the Grays have grown into one of the top ranked organizations in the nation, bringing in top players from every corner of the country. We have garnered a reputation on the circuit as an organization that develops good kids coming from good families, which has allowed our players an abundance of opportunities at the next level. Our track record includes over 500 Division 1 commits, 7 first round draft picks, 150 draft picks, and 18 MLB debuts.
Our Leaders
We hire coaches with significant experience at the highest levels of the game—former college and professional players who serve as both instructors and mentors. These coaches work closely with our athletes to elevate their skills and prepare them for the next level.
Our Core Values
Faith & Integrity
We are rooted in Christian principles and believe in doing what’s right—on and off the field. Integrity guides every decision and interaction.
Character Before Talent
We develop young men of discipline, humility, and respect. Talent may open doors, but character keeps them open.
Competitiveness with Purpose
We teach our athletes to compete relentlessly—with respect, passion, and an unyielding desire to grow.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We hold our players accountable for striving to achieve educational and life success through hard work both on and off the field of play.
Brotherhood
We are more than a team—we are a family. We support each other through challenges and celebrate each other’s successes.
